, First: The previous answer said that there is no disagreement between religious scholars in the sense that you mention, but as I told you there is no scientific debate and dialogue and disagreement only . You can ensure that this is the truth when you ask other scholars the same question .
Secondly: the dispute with the government if we consider it regardless of the type of government , its personalities and orientations loyalty, it is the same the dispute was between our Instructor the martyr Mr. Mohammad Baqir Al-Sadr and the government , Also it is the same dispute between us and the government that arrested us, imprisoned us , tortured us and sentenced us to death . It is the same dispute between any religious scholar( who denies by himself , by his morality , by his doctrine and by his religion to be one of Sultan preachers and a worshipper of this life and its glitters for money or prestige or position ) and any unjust corrupted government , which is also the same dispute between any reformer and any corrupted government at his time . It is clear to us the disputes between the prophets , messengers , Imams of guidance , saints and reformer and the corrupted governments at their times.
If the duty of every human being to reform others and provide them with advice and must promote virtue and urge them to forbid vice . So the man of religion must be first and the most responsible to perform this duty for consequence to Allah
It is his commitment to legitimate humanitarian moral duty causing him the disagreement with corrupt government in his time and this is a social rule and a social fact in life as long as the time .Therefore if you want to rename all those differences other than political or other than behind policy, you have the option to name it so because it is not a matter of term

- First: The answer has become apparent of the foregoing, where shows you that the disagreement is restricted to scientific side
Secondly : I dont blame you when you change your tone of speaking to be severer than before , I mean you use " conflict " instead of difference " . Also I do not blame anyone says the same and thinks and believes or expects that the conflict is about Al – khums( the funds derived from five ) ,because people and we witness the acquisition of Al –khums , Al – zakat (alms ) and others by using commercial , cunning ,devious and cheap ways by using the name of religion, doctrine , the poor , the orphan and widows . They are cunning opportunistic cheap ways devoted only for taking and stealing peoples money and accumulating it , exploiting it and spending it for the sake of their own benefits , minimum belongings , properties and Qaroon stocks in different countries all over the world . All these things cause suspicions and doubts and lead to accuse and charge . And if we add the bitter and worst which is the use of this money in shameful immoral behaviour ,the suspicion and doubt will be deeper and clearer , this is painful and sorrowful , though it is not right to generalize this deion about all scholars .
Each sane can be fair to be informed of the biography of each person , his agents and everyone related to that person then make an objective assessment away from the emotion , selfishness and capricious , after that let reason give the judgement and it will arrive to a picture ,a rule in general and diagnose the total regarding every person considers himself a religious or social reference . Here suspicion is objective and every sane person must seek truth by himself . And the base and the beginning of justice is that we must be free of intolerance, worshiping persons and hypocrisy. If we reject , deny and never accept or reason the theory that all the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah on him and his household) were just , then we must first reject , deny and never accept or reason that the representatives and the agents of every religious reference .
As long as whittle speak to this extent, we must remind every sane person that as the relationships between the prophet(peace and blessings of Allah on him and his household) and his companions and the relationships between The Imam ( peace be upon him ) and the religious references according to the hadiths and evidences which refer to imitation and following .Therefore as we deny and never accept or reason that the theory that all the Companions were just and impeccable , also did the same with the religious references . Consequently we must measure according to the right , and not to measure the right according to men . If we know the right , we shall know the men of right .

Q5 - How do you respond to the accuses your magnanimity and misleading your followers by claiming that you are the most knowledgeable religious scholar and that you talk with Imam Mahdi and that you are having tea with Him

First: Oh Allah, curse the imams of error, of erring, aiders, Oh Allah , curse every stray misleading, false god anathematize each revelation, Oh Allah , curse every false sinful.
Secondly: moral , legitimate , humanitarian and professional duty imposes on just and respectable person not to believe whatever said ,especially when it is said against others and accusing them if we can easily verify the credibility of this speech . And slander, calumny and lewd lying mentioned in the question and the like can be verified its credibility by asking any follower about the reason to follow ( imitate ) this scholar and asking him about the proofs and the evidences that make him follow this scholar . Also everybody can enter the official site of this person or this scholar and see what he has of proofs and evidences that prove his claim to be a scholar or getting the degree of due diligence in religion or the most knowledgeable religious scholar , or send a message requesting these proofs and evidences , and also we can use many ways .
. This is certainly the moral , legitimate , humanitarian and professional duty of academics and intellectuals of professors, scholars, writers, artists, writers, and journalists, academics, and other scientific cadres .
Thirdly: What the sane wise person would say if he knew that the reference of the scholar we mentioned above does not allow anyone to follow the scholar without obtaining the scientific evidence or proof and according to the Fundamentalism and jurisprudence researches .
Fourthly: In proceedings religious ,social and reforming campaigns resources in community along the history we can notice highlight methods of fighting others with dirtiest and worst ways justifying these acts on behalf of religion and under the cover of religion , and by this they can change the halal into non-halal and the non-halal into halal and according to this lying , calumny , slander , hypocrisy and the violation of the sanctity of the others become halal to them , even they consider these acts a duty that they must perform .That all is because they are unable to face the others with moral reasonable scientific proofs. It is the mental dictatorship and the way for gagging mouths and confiscation of the mind and the thinking and confiscation freedom and the humanity of Man , as a result people will be forced to believe them and follow them . It is so clear for you how the prophets , the messengers , the saints and good men was accused of lawsuits , madness , being magicians , being weak of understanding and challenge the descent , especially the prophet Isa ( Allahs blessing and peace be upon him and our Messenger and his household ). Also it is not so far that the same thing of lying , slander , distortion and stabbed happened against our Instructor the martyr Mr. Mohammad Baqir Al-Sadr , Here should we believe whatever they claim ?
We shall never be surprised from the attitudes of those scholars which are similar to the Jewish scholars at that time when we know the prophets modern which includes the meaning that " What had happened in Bani Israel will exactly happen in this nation step by step " . It is a Divine Law . The Honest Prophet had said " You shall surely follow the habits of those who were before you step by step ,even if they get into a hole of a lizard , you will do the same …."
Also said " You shall surely move in the same path of those who were before you step by step , and you shall perform just like them span by span , or arm by arm even if they get in a lizard s hole ,you will do the same "
Fifthly: It does not hide for everyone that the incapable of logical scientific ethical confrontation, he resorts to bestial mockeries methods , like insulting , recourse, It is the arm of the incapable and they have been using it with me since many long years . If it is agreed to that a religious influence authority that has control and govern in the name of religion, the enmity here become doubled and greater because it will be systemized, structured and meticulously planned and run by the government and the power itself , because they realize that this right claim threatens their throne and their existence ….and when it reaches the countries and parties that consider you threatening their project , their power and their existence , the enmity will be unimaginable . Books , like Sayid…………. , Sayid………….. and Sheikh …………….., Those whom when we ask them about your most knowledgeable religious scholar , your scientific proofs and your researches , we get Surprised in answers no relations to it in the question , They answer by some claims and lies against you and accused you , that you said and acted the following ( He claims to marry his sister to the Imam , or he drinks tea with the Imam ) . When they could not cheated us by these tricks and misleading and insisted to get the scientific and legitimate moral answer , and deny these charges and that you did not confess these charges and emphasis that . We also show our astonishment charge you without investigation or checking , Some of them had already prepared the answer like ( I did not check the resource )… or ( the resource is not trusted )…or (on the responsibility of the narrator ) , or ( I did not check it myself ) and so on . Here we give you some of their claims that issued from their original resources or their trusted resources such as broadcasting channels , e-mails , internet sites or in the introductions os some of their books , or when they answer of some questions , or in some oral answers of the same personalities mentioned above , so they dedicated their irresponsible cheap pens , mouths and media but they , by doing so , uncover their ugly faces and their satanic souls , and behave without humanity when they rejected to listen clear calls of right .
Dear Sir : What must our moral , legitimate and historic reaction and attitude be towards these false charges so as not to in the tricks of human satans , and to be innocent before Allah , the Almighty , and before Imams of the prophets household . Almighty Allah says in holly Quran (( When the unbelievers see thee , they treated thee not except with ridicule " in this ( they say ) : the one who talks of your gods ? And the blaspheme at the mention of (Allah )Most Gracious ))

Some speakers and claimers who are of high scientific , social and religious positions who wrote many books regarding the issue of Imam Al-Mehdi Ibn Al – Hassan ( peace be upon him and our souls are sacrificed to haste his appearance ) those people ( after noticing what we have mentioned before ) are the real examples and applications of what Almighty Allah says (( When thou lookest at them , their exteriors please thee ; and when they speak , thou listenest to their words . Regiligously , morally and historically Everybody must always follow the scientific proof and evidence for ever . Almighty Allah says in holly Quran (( When the unbelievers see thee , they treated thee not except with ridicule " in this ( they say ) : the one who talks of your gods ? And the blaspheme at the mention of (Allah )Most Gracious ))

Some speakers and claimers who are of high scientific , social and religious positions who wrote many books regarding the issue of Imam Al-Mehdi Ibn Al – Hassan ( peace be upon him and our souls are sacrificed to haste his appearance ) those people ( after noticing what we have mentioned before ) are the real examples and applications of what Almighty Allah says (( When thou lookest at them , their exteriors please thee ; and when they speak , thou listenest to their words . They are as ( worthless as hollow ) pieces of timber propped up ( unable to stand on their own ) . They think that every cry is against them . They are the enemies , so beware of them . The curse of Allah be on them . How are they deluded ( away from the truth ) …))
Also He says (( The similitude of those who were charged with the ( obligation of the ) Mosaic Law , but who subsequently failed in those obligation is the donkey which (carries huge tomes (but understand them not

Regiligously , morally and historically Everybody must always follow the scientific proof and evidence for ever . Yes , everybody must search to know the scientific proof , recognize and diagnosis it by reason and thinking with faith and sincerity , and divesting of this minimum life and its fancy , and after the atheism false deities and al- Uzza idol and Al- lat idol and their assistants , followers , supporters , preparers , and those who are satisfy and be silent about their unjust , ugly and corrupted acts . After knowing the scientific proof and evidence (jurisprudence of and assets ) within the zone of Al- Ijtihad ( the ability of religious lawmaking ) and Taqleed ( following the religious scholar ) , here everybody must follow and obey the most knowledgeable religious scholar who has the scientific proof and evidence . It is the religion of Allah and His right way when He ordered the reason first to come , then to go away , He represented by this example that : According to reason He recompenses , and according to reason He punishes . This is my evidence , I put it in front of our savior , our intercessor , the greatest Prophet of high and great morality ( peace be upon Him and His household ) ,and in front of his grandson , Imam Mehdi , the right guidance of the nations , the unifier of the decision and the savior of all mankind ( peace be upon Him and on His grandfathers ) and in front of the Almighty Allah who has the power , who hearth everything , who seeth everything , who wisdom , who has greatness .
Q6 – What qualification makes you different from other religious scholars , and what is the addition that you produce to the doctrine on the level, thought and jurisprudence and legislation

Firstly : All what I produced is due to Allahs graces and guardianship ; therefore I consider myself not producing anything , but I was and still negligent and minor to produce enough and ask God to forgive me and give me support , assistant and good consequence .
Secondly : To make a comparison with others and a recognition is done through scientific effects ( books ) in Fundamentalism and jurisprudence researches , and that is the evidence and the proof of the religious scholar , otherwise he is originally considered not to a scholar . I have issued many researched in these fields , and they are available in the libraries and bookshops , and everyone can get them , read them , evaluate them and compare them with other other scholars researches . Also I have issued many long and short researches in research in ethics , beliefs, interpretation , history and others.
Thirdly : In the opposite of fawning and opportunism and conflict on the positions and interfaces and funds and cozying up to owners of the authority , Allah granted me to show to public the science that He has gifted me to push suspicions and major ordeals that devastated the community in and outside Iraq , especially that ones which tried to attack and lessen the value of the right doctrine and Islam in general . These ordeals are of sermons , lawsuits ,guardianship and to end legislative assets or to delete them Under the pretext of self-direction self-connotation of letters and so on …One of these ordeals is that one of ( Alim Sbeat ) and of ( Ibn Al –Hassan Ibn Gatia ) which spread in the society generally , and especially in the Community of cultural and scientific, academic and religious studies , Without any movement from any scientist or diligent or higher authority or reference minimum or mid-degree reference …and those who responded or wrote just use atheism , censure and insults against others . without using any legitimate ,scientific and moral evidence or proof to destroy these ordeals . With assistance of Allah and His support , I issued scientific researches , and supervised others which proved that these ordeals are false , and destroyed them for ever . You can get these researches from the bookshops and read them .
Fourthly : I am very proud to say that I followed the approach of two Instructors : Mr. Sadr the First , and Mr. Sadr the Second ( Allah bless them ) and I do my best to complete their scientific , social , moral and legitimate message by proving that what they had done was true ,and by defending them honestly and fairly and by proving that the accuses and charges which are recorded against them are all wrong , and I am adding everything new that completes their scientific and moral message . This moral , scientific and social biography (in addition to its benefit and fruit in self – matching between them ) helps us to discover and know those opportunist people socially , religiously and politically by making use of the names of the two martyrs , Mr. First Sadr and Mr. Second Sadr to achieve their personal limited benefits which are harmful to others , and these benefit are also against good behaviour and religious wills , so those people become shameful to the two martyrs ,the Imams of Moslems , the prophets and messengers ( peace be upon them )

Almighty Allah says ;
( Perish the hands of Abo Lahab , Perish he . No profit to him from all his wealth and all his gains . Burn soon will he be in a fire of blazing flame )
:Allah also says
(Seest thou not how thy Lord dealt with the people of elephant . Did he not make their treacherous plan go astray .)
:The Prophet ( Allahs peace and blessings be upon him and his household ) said
" ....You shall surely follow the habits of those who were before you step by step ,even if they get into a hole of a lizard , you will do the same
The Prophet ( Allahs peace and blessings be upon him and his household ) also said
" You shall surely move in the same path of those who were before you step by step , and you shall perform just like them span by span , or arm by arm even if they get in a lizard s hole ,you will do the same "
:The answer includes points
Firstly : According to the mentioned above , it is obvious that Allahs rules and historical rules ensure the existence of good and evil together every time and everywhere . So every nation should have Cain and Abel , Musa and Pharaoh , Honest Christ and Charlatan Christ and Guiding Messenger and misleading Charlatan . …The proof is the violating of sanctities , destroying the mosques of Allah ,so , there must be Abdul- Mutalib and the man of the elephant , and there must be oppressed Hussein and Yazeed . So in our time , there must be a new Ibraha who destroyed the ( Mohammad Baqir Al-Sader mosque ) and violated sanctities and frighten people who were praying . We pray to Allah to ignominy and torture him with Pharaoh, Pharaohs followers , everyone supported , assisted him and agreed to his acts in the world and the Hereafter , Allah is the most just Judge .
Imam Abu Abdullah ( peace be upon him )said : " Anyone threatened a faithful man by a Sultan to hurt him ,So he is in hell ,even if the Sultan did not hurt the faithful man "
He ( peace be upon him ) also said : " Anyone threatened a faithful man by a Sultan to hurt him ,So he is in hell with Pharaoh and Pharaoh followers ,when the Sultan hurt the faithful man "
Imam Abu Abdullah ( peace be upon him )said : " Anyone supported somebody against a faithful man , even by mere a word , will meet Allah and on his forehead written : despaired of the mercy of Allah ".
Secondly : Allahs Will wanted to make the oppressing of the mosque and of those who were praying in it , and the crime of destroying the mosque and arresting and torturing the prayers the discovery of the wicked and corrupted souls of those who order , perform and carry out these ugly unjust crimes ,and it is the same to those who support , assist and satisfy these acts . Allahs Will wanted to compare the crime of oppressing and destroying the mosque just like the crime of slaughtering The Baby Abdulla ( the baby of Imam Al – Hussein ), and the crime of chasing those who were praying just like the crime of chasing and arresting the women and the patients of Al- Husseins household in Karbala and of His companions . The ugliness of these crimes is absolutely beyond dispute , argument and discussion , even to those who have hostility and aversion , in addition to those who follow us and like us and every just person. These crimes are the evidences about other unproved ( or hidden ) crimes against houses , honours and wealth of the country .
Their ugly denied crimes towards people never compete with them about political positions , parliamentary , ministry positions and any official positions or never compete about stealing the country wealth such as money or oil …. Then how will be their reactions and crimes against those who may represent danger or threat to their political , ministry and official positions ,or represent danger to their pouring and stealing the money , oil and natural resources . Here we can prove that the crime of (the mosque of Mohammed Baqir Al- Sadr ) is the evidence that clearly proves other crimes .
: Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him ) said
" Almighty Allah said : let s authorize war against any one harm my faithful worshiper , and let him be safe of my anger anyone honours my faithful worshiper "
Imam Al- Ridah (peace be upon him ) said ;
" The muslim is not allowed to frighten any other muslim "
Imam Abu Abdulla (peace be upon him ) said ; that the Messenger of Allah ( Allahs peace and blessings be upon him and his household ) said " Anyone looks to his faithful brother to frighten him , Allah will frighten him on the Domes Day "
Thirdly : that the Messenger of Allah ( Allahs peace and blessings be upon him and his household ) said " O , worshipers of Allah ; be brothers . Any muslim should be the brother of other muslim , never to oppress him , never to let him down and never to humiliate him "
Imam Abu Abdulla (peace be upon him ) said ; that the Messenger of Allah ( Allahs peace and blessings be upon him and his household ) said " Almighty Allah has created the faithful person of His greatness , His majesty and His ability , So anyone stabbed or responded against him , responded against Allah "
Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him ) said : " Anyone narrated words against a faithful person so as to make him outrageous and demolish his virility , Allah will dismissed him out of his guardianship to the guardianship of the Satan , and the Satan never accepted him "
Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him ) said : " Any faithful person lets his brother ( in faith ) down when he can supports him , then Allah will let him down in this life and in thereafter "
Here I can say : Our instructor Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sader is still under a continuous oppressing , he was oppressed in his life and even after his death by using ugliest , wicked and despicable ways . Here everybody must triumph and victory his messianic , scientific , legitimate and moral approach which he sacrificed himself for it . Therefore we must not oppress out Master Al – Sadr , not to let him down in the eyes of the people, not to harm him , not to respond against him , because it is responding against Allah. Yes , not to respond against him , because it is responding against Allah .
Here I am obliged to uncover some of the secrets that my instructor Mr. Mohammed Sadiq Al –Sadr had informed me and I could understand and be aware of and memorized . Perhaps what I am going to , some people know , so it shall not be uncovering of a secret for them . I shall briefly mention only one short image of the many oppressing images that happened to : Our instructor Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr .

In some period of time ,there was active movement to establish parties and organizations without any part of Shiite Islamic orientation .So many of the young Islamic men joined the organization of ( Al –Ikhwan Al – Muslimeen ). Anyone here may ask : How did that happen ? where were the sectarian ? And why is the sectarian nowadays controlling our life and the politicians made it their food , their breath , their weapon and their fruit ? Can the sane person believe that the politicians are following and completing those politicians who were before them ? Are the religious scholars in our time following and completing those scholars who were before them in supporting ن? the messianic revolutionary Islamic youth

After the non Islamic parties spread , and many of the universities young students , including sons of the high religious scholars families , had joined these parties . Therefore this was one of the motives for many young people especially those who were joining these parties and the organization of ( Al –Ikhwan Al – Muslimeen ) to found an Islamic party .

After not short period of time of founding this party and for many reasons , some personalities of the leadership in this party moved towards Our instructor Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr and they asked him to join and lead the party or give the instructions to its cadres . After many attempts , Our instructor was shyly compelled to accepted , may be ,he was convinced at the beginning .

But his joining to this party did not last long , because the souls were corrupted , or their corruption become obvious, and their reality was discovered . They became disobedient , and they went subside the right way and they followed only their own benefits and obtaining power . Most of the leading cadres were like that . Due to this state , Our instructor was compelled to withdraw , and he ordered the all to withdraw ,and that it was forbidden to join or stay in this party , But only very few people obeyed . Therefore we conclude that Our instructor Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr did not originally found a party by himself . In fact he joined a party and quickly withdraw and order others to withdraw .So why did some people say that he founded a party or that he supported or assisted a party ?

Now you must have many questions , just like me when I first heard these information . You are wondering why Our instructor Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr did not joined any party and got support from them and he did not assist any party . But why did he was always saying that all these parties were client and opportunist ?

By this short image , we can imagine how much was Our instructor Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr oppressed when a party claims that it represents him , and he was the founder of the party , and the party is following the approach that he planned to . Was the approach Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sader to make the ugly sectarian ,and to frighten people under the cover of sectarian and to force people to migrate , to arrest , to kill , mislead them and oblige them to accept oppressing ,indignity and corruption in the name of sectarian ? Was his approach to destroy mosques and violate the sanctity of them and of the praying people in them ? Was his approach to violate the sanctity of the houses and to arrest its people?
Therefore , how much oppression was there against you my sir Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr before and after you death ?

Yes , our sir Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr , you were oppressed before and after you death . We are certain that you were really oppressed when we hear some information the man
( whom you describe him that he was the sacred religious scholar ) when they entered him to you to say to you these words : " We know that your arrest is just a fake play made by Al- bathiyeen ( Saddams followers ) in order to make you more important in the nation and to let you act the role of the hero, but we know that you are client to America ,and it is useless for you "
The poet said ( The relatives; oppressing is harder on than the sharp sword )
Then you caught your beard and wept saying : ( The sacred people accused me that I am client to America )
Allah might help your heart when ( Fadel Al- Barrak , the security general secretary at Saddams time ) said to you " I can tear the reports which are against you I received by myself , but I can not anything about those one that come from Al –Najaf religious scholars directly to the leadership " Then he showed you some of these reports .So you wrote in one of your letters
" News was after you talk pomp and multiple campaigns all recruited against your friend , mean against me , so as to destroy him… a lot of charges and strange matters…. till there were some of those whom the Alakhunda Community called them sacred and noble , but they did not stop charging me "

I do not consider it suitable now to uncover more …I just record and prove to the right doctrine ,to Islam , to history and to humanity that it was the same words and the same play have been done by Al- bathiyeen ( Sadams followers ) in order to make you more important in the nation and you are a client to America and Israel , but this time the scene was with the Martyr Mr. Sader the Second , that was in the jail and after the jail . The same situation happened to me in jail and after the jail . it is funny in this place that makes us laugh and cry at the same time when I said to them " Then why are competing and pay a very great care , and you are quarrelling so as to mislead simple common people , taking and capturing their money and the money of their children under the cover of the legitimate rights , you take the money for the sake of your own and your sons and your relatives , so you are competing to take the a role in the play instead of us , so Al –Baathiyeen would arrest you , and you will be the heroes of the play and so it would be better for the nation ? Then you will get bigger size in the nation , so you will not be clients to Saddam , America and Israel .So Why do you have a shortage in this field , then triumph the religion and doctrine , triumph the nation when you are the heroes of the play .The false charges and accuses of the play and being clients to regime , America and Israel are not reactions or wicked or spontaneous personal opinions , but it is intelligence style starting with the beginning of the arrest , so they prepare to make him fall since the beginning , and they ensure that when Mr. Sadr gets out of the jail , he will find people getting away from him as first reaction , and even accusing him that he is a client , and releasing him is a part of this play according to their rumours of the sacred Alakhunda community , so they are preparing minds and souls to suspect Mr. Al-Sadr , like when they told people to wait and to see how he be released and there will be no execution , if he were against the government , they would execute him . People will believe them because of ignorance .The same thing happened with the Second Sadr , they said that the government allows him to talk against the government , so as to be hero and the people follow him , and they all will be clients and under the governments control . Here ignorant and stupid people belied them . But When he was assassinated turning to be near his Lord and under His mercy , many of those misled people repented and were very sorry because the believed those liars and stood against him and left him , so they began to seek a way to re- imitate him again , There is no strength except in Allah the Almighty the greatest …
The same thing happened with me when I was in jail of the security office in Baghdad , every some time we received new prisoners . They got surprised , wondering and amazed when they see my state because of the mental and physical torturing . They told me that ,outside the jail , they heard that Mr. Serkhi is in a restful state , and everything of rest conditions are available to him like hot and cold water, heating , he was eating good food with the officers . When I was released from Saddams and Al – Baaths jails by the grace of Allah , I found the same rumours .The same rumours I heard at my home , but I heard more than this . Some of those who visited me at home said to me that I had furniture in the room which I was arrested in , and there were a desk , books , copybooks and pens , also I was busy writing books . Do you know what the furniture was : it was a room of one meter width and two and quarter meter length with half blanket to sleep on and to cover with, and put on a Summer short and they took the shirt, so for many months I was only with this short . There was only one plastic plate for eating , drinking and washing after WC . About water , it was only cold water and I was arrested at the end of December ,so it was very cold . After many days, weeks and months , and a little before the coming of American troops , things became better , they gave a blanket and a cup for tea , but there were no pen , no paper, no desk and no book .S o have you heard or read such cheating tricks and misguiding ? But where did they go ? Where are they going ? And where are we going ? To the grave , and Allah will be the just ,great judge (( And soon will the unjust assailants know what vicissitudes their affairs will take ))
Glory be to Allah and there is no strength except in Allah the Almighty the greatest …and we are to Allah and to Him we will return. I ask Allah to pardon me and forgive me , and peace be upon you my two sirs the instructor Mr. Al –Sadr the Second the instructor Mr. Al –Sadr the First ( Allah bless you )

We ask Almighty Allah not to gather us with those oppressing people , and not to gather us with them for satisfying their acts or for being silent and not to triumph the oppressed Sadr , and so we may be of those who let him down or stabbed him and acted to fall him and oppressed him and by this we get out of the guardianship of Allah to the guardianship of the Satan and we be gathered with pharaoh and pharaohs household in hell …. So we be honest in our words and our acts in following the approach of First Sadr and Second Sadr and their white clean biography in knowledge and work and to be good for them , not bad on

The ugliness of these crimes is absolutely beyond dispute , argument and discussion , even to those who have hostility and aversion , in addition to those who follow us and like us and every just person. These crimes are the evidences about other unproved ( or hidden ) crimes against houses , honours and wealth of the country .
Their ugly denied crimes towards people never compete with them about political positions , parliamentary , ministry positions and any official positions or never compete about stealing the country wealth such as money or oil …. Then how will be their reactions and crimes against those who may represent danger or threat to their political , ministry and official positions ,or represent danger to their pouring and stealing the money , oil and natural resources . Here we can prove that the crime of (the mosque of Mohammed Baqir Al- Sadr ) is the evidence that clearly proves other crimes .
: Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him ) said
" Almighty Allah said : let s authorize war against any one harm my faithful worshiper , and let him be safe of my anger anyone honours my faithful worshiper "
Imam Al- Ridah (peace be upon him ) said ;
" The muslim is not allowed to frighten any other muslim "
Imam Abu Abdulla (peace be upon him ) said ; that the Messenger of Allah ( Allahs peace and blessings be upon him and his household ) said " Anyone looks to his faithful brother to frighten him , Allah will frighten him on the Domes Day "
Thirdly : that the Messenger of Allah ( Allahs peace and blessings be upon him and his household ) said " O , worshipers of Allah ; be brothers . Any muslim should be the brother of other muslim , never to oppress him , never to let him down and never to humiliate him "
Imam Abu Abdulla (peace be upon him ) said ; that the Messenger of Allah ( Allahs peace and blessings be upon him and his household ) said " Almighty Allah has created the faithful person of His greatness , His majesty and His ability , So anyone stabbed or responded against him , responded against Allah "
Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him ) said : " Anyone narrated words against a faithful person so as to make him outrageous and demolish his virility , Allah will dismissed him out of his guardianship to the guardianship of the Satan , and the Satan never accepted him "
Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him ) said : " Any faithful person lets his brother ( in faith ) down when he can supports him , then Allah will let him down in this life and in thereafter "
Here I can say : Our instructor Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sader is still under a continuous oppressing , he was oppressed in his life and even after his death by using ugliest , wicked and despicable ways . Here everybody must triumph and victory his messianic , scientific , legitimate and moral approach which he sacrificed himself for it . Therefore we must not oppress out Master Al – Sadr , not to let him down in the eyes of the people, not to harm him , not to respond against him , because it is responding against Allah. Yes , not to respond against him , because it is responding against Allah .
Here I am obliged to uncover some of the secrets that my instructor Mr. Mohammed Sadiq Al –Sadr had informed me and I could understand and be aware of and memorized . Perhaps what I am going to , some people know , so it shall not be uncovering of a secret for them . I shall briefly mention only one short image of the many oppressing images that happened to : Our instructor Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr .

In some period of time ,there was active movement to establish parties and organizations without any part of Shiite Islamic orientation .So many of the young Islamic men joined the organization of ( Al –Ikhwan Al – Muslimeen ). Anyone here may ask : How did that happen ? where were the sectarian ? And why is the sectarian nowadays controlling our life and the politicians made it their food , their breath , their weapon and their fruit ? Can the sane person believe that the politicians are following and completing those politicians who were before them ? Are the religious scholars in our time following and completing those scholars who were before them in supporting ن? the messianic revolutionary Islamic youth

After the non Islamic parties spread , and many of the universities young students , including sons of the high religious scholars families , had joined these parties . Therefore this was one of the motives for many young people especially those who were joining these parties and the organization of ( Al –Ikhwan Al – Muslimeen ) to found an Islamic party .

After not short period of time of founding this party and for many reasons , some personalities of the leadership in this party moved towards Our instructor Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr and they asked him to join and lead the party or give the instructions to its cadres . After many attempts , Our instructor was shyly compelled to accepted , may be ,he was convinced at the beginning .

But his joining to this party did not last long , because the souls were corrupted , or their corruption become obvious, and their reality was discovered . They became disobedient , and they went subside the right way and they followed only their own benefits and obtaining power . Most of the leading cadres were like that . Due to this state , Our instructor was compelled to withdraw , and he ordered the all to withdraw ,and that it was forbidden to join or stay in this party , But only very few people obeyed . Therefore we conclude that Our instructor Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr did not originally found a party by himself . In fact he joined a party and quickly withdraw and order others to withdraw .So why did some people say that he founded a party or that he supported or assisted a party ?

Now you must have many questions , just like me when I first heard these information . You are wondering why Our instructor Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr did not joined any party and got support from them and he did not assist any party . But why did he was always saying that all these parties were client and opportunist ?

By this short image , we can imagine how much was Our instructor Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr oppressed when a party claims that it represents him , and he was the founder of the party , and the party is following the approach that he planned to . Was the approach Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sader to make the ugly sectarian ,and to frighten people under the cover of sectarian and to force people to migrate , to arrest , to kill , mislead them and oblige them to accept oppressing ,indignity and corruption in the name of sectarian ? Was his approach to destroy mosques and violate the sanctity of them and of the praying people in them ? Was his approach to violate the sanctity of the houses and to arrest its people?
Therefore , how much oppression was there against you my sir Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr before and after you death ?

Yes , our sir Mr. Mohammed Baqir Al –Sadr , you were oppressed before and after you death . We are certain that you were really oppressed when we hear some information the man
( whom you describe him that he was the sacred religious scholar ) when they entered him to you to say to you these words : " We know that your arrest is just a fake play made by Al- bathiyeen ( Saddams followers ) in order to make you more important in the nation and to let you act the role of the hero, but we know that you are client to America ,and it is useless for you "
The poet said ( The relatives; oppressing is harder on than the sharp sword )
Then you caught your beard and wept saying : ( The sacred people accused me that I am client to America )
Allah might help your heart when ( Fadel Al- Barrak , the security general secretary at Saddams time ) said to you " I can tear the reports which are against you I received by myself , but I can not anything about those one that come from Al –Najaf religious scholars directly to the leadership " Then he showed you some of these reports .So you wrote in one of your letters
" News was after you talk pomp and multiple campaigns all recruited against your friend , mean against me , so as to destroy him… a lot of charges and strange matters…. till there were some of those whom the Alakhunda Community called them sacred and noble , but they did not stop charging me "

I do not consider it suitable now to uncover more …I just record and prove to the right doctrine ,to Islam , to history and to humanity that it was the same words and the same play have been done by Al- bathiyeen ( Sadams followers ) in order to make you more important in the nation and you are a client to America and Israel , but this time the scene was with the Martyr Mr. Sader the Second , that was in the jail and after the jail . The same situation happened to me in jail and after the jail . it is funny in this place that makes us laugh and cry at the same time when I said to them " Then why are competing and pay a very great care , and you are quarrelling so as to mislead simple common people , taking and capturing their money and the money of their children under the cover of the legitimate rights , you take the money for the sake of your own and your sons and your relatives , so you are competing to take the a role in the play instead of us , so Al –Baathiyeen would arrest you , and you will be the heroes of the play and so it would be better for the nation ? Then you will get bigger size in the nation , so you will not be clients to Saddam , America and Israel .So Why do you have a shortage in this field , then triumph the religion and doctrine , triumph the nation when you are the heroes of the play .The false charges and accuses of the play and being clients to regime , America and Israel are not reactions or wicked or spontaneous personal opinions , but it is intelligence style starting with the beginning of the arrest , so they prepare to make him fall since the beginning , and they ensure that when Mr. Sadr gets out of the jail , he will find people getting away from him as first reaction , and even accusing him that he is a client , and releasing him is a part of this play according to their rumours of the sacred Alakhunda community , so they are preparing minds and souls to suspect Mr. Al-Sadr , like when they told people to wait and to see how he be released and there will be no execution , if he were against the government , they would execute him . People will believe them because of ignorance .The same thing happened with the Second Sadr , they said that the government allows him to talk against the government , so as to be hero and the people follow him , and they all will be clients and under the governments control . Here ignorant and stupid people belied them . But When he was assassinated turning to be near his Lord and under His mercy , many of those misled people repented and were very sorry because the believed those liars and stood against him and left him , so they began to seek a way to re- imitate him again , There is no strength except in Allah the Almighty the greatest …
The same thing happened with me when I was in jail of the security office in Baghdad , every some time we received new prisoners . They got surprised , wondering and amazed when they see my state because of the mental and physical torturing . They told me that ,outside the jail , they heard that Mr. Serkhi is in a restful state , and everything of rest conditions are available to him like hot and cold water, heating , he was eating good food with the officers . When I was released from Saddams and Al – Baaths jails by the grace of Allah , I found the same rumours .The same rumours I heard at my home , but I heard more than this . Some of those who visited me at home said to me that I had furniture in the room which I was arrested in , and there were a desk , books , copybooks and pens , also I was busy writing books . Do you know what the furniture was : it was a room of one meter width and two and quarter meter length with half blanket to sleep on and to cover with, and put on a Summer short and they took the shirt, so for many months I was only with this short . There was only one plastic plate for eating , drinking and washing after WC . About water , it was only cold water and I was arrested at the end of December ,so it was very cold . After many days, weeks and months , and a little before the coming of American troops , things became better , they gave a blanket and a cup for tea , but there were no pen , no paper, no desk and no book .S o have you heard or read such cheating tricks and misguiding ? But where did they go ? Where are they going ? And where are we going ? To the grave , and Allah will be the just ,great judge (( And soon will the unjust assailants know what vicissitudes their affairs will take ))
Glory be to Allah and there is no strength except in Allah the Almighty the greatest …and we are to Allah and to Him we will return. I ask Allah to pardon me and forgive me , and peace be upon you my two sirs the instructor Mr. Al –Sadr the Second the instructor Mr. Al –Sadr the First ( Allah bless you )

We ask Almighty Allah not to gather us with those oppressing people , and not to gather us with them for satisfying their acts or for being silent and not to triumph the oppressed Sadr , and so we may be of those who let him down or stabbed him and acted to fall him and oppressed him and by this we get out of the guardianship of Allah to the guardianship of the Satan and we be gathered with pharaoh and pharaohs household in hell …. So we be honest in our words and our acts in following the approach of First Sadr and Second Sadr and their white clean biography in knowledge and work and to be good for them , not bad on

Glory be to Allah ; Why should they do that ? What is the motive ? And what is the benefit of such actions ? Is it reasonable that we who claim having the evidence and scientific , legitimate and moral proof , and employers of good argument and the way of wisdom and kind preaching , and we always pray to Allah to make us oppressed not to make us oppressing ; this is our approach and our biography for long years and everyone witness it . So we never permit this and not allow it . Here we must ask : Who will get the benefit behind this actions within the political crises , calamites and disasters in Iraq ? All these actions are for the foreign interests . Yes , they are all for the interests of foreign parties and states , not for the interests of Iraq ? Many long years ago , we warned , and now we warn from these quarrels , which are on behalf of others , will destroy everything and burn the green and the ground and will be endless at all ,because these competing states will never have agreement among them , and if it happens , it will be through dividing Iraq among them , then we shall lose Iraq and the people of Iraq …We must ask : Why are the police guards of the religious scholar references withdrawn or …. In such circumstances and in such period when there is a rumour that the the role of the religious references is over , and their period stage is over too, and there must be other alternative ? With the existence of all these opposite interests and quarrelling parties and the role of the security and intelligence systems of these parties , we expect every oppressing , corruption and ugliness in Iraq, we never expect stability , security and safety as long as we are following others , yielding to others , and we have no will . therefore, and according to this state , there is no salvation,
