Dr. Rasheed bin Mohammad Altokhi
He was born in Damascus Jan. 3rd 1966, received his master in political sciences in 1999 and Ph.D. in politics and economy in 2005, he is currently General Manager of AlWaqaee institution for Media Studies & Publishing, Chief Editor of AlWaqaee Magazine International issued in France, and General Manager of the Arab Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Aid - Southeast Asia, and because of his work he visited most of Arab, European and Asian countries and also several countries in Africa.
He established in France "AlWaqaee institution for Media Studies & Publishing" at 1998 and in the same year he published AlWaqaee Magazine International and became its Chief Editor, in 2005 he started in [[Kuala Lumpur]] AlWaqaee TV Channel, and at the same year he established with a group of Arab expatriates the "free Arab Men" organization which has social cultural backgrounds and calls for returning to true Arab values and showing the true history of Arab Civilization.
He received many awards in Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei and China, also the "Literary Cooperation" award from "Malay around the world", a certificate of appreciation from the Islamic center on the island of Colon in the "Hong Kong" and a certificate of friendship from the Society of Chinjan in China.
In 2008 he became the manager of Arab Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Aid in countries of Southeast Asia, and he established many Arabic and Islamic schools and pharmacies in Asian cities and villages.
He published a lot of political and hitorical books, including:
"UAE - History and Development" talking about the development of [[UAE]]before and after the union.
"Groans of a Kuwaiti", several stories about events of Iraqi [[Invasion of Kuwait]].
"Memory of a Kuwaiti prisoner", published in 1997
"Diaries of a soldier in Kuwait", also published in 1997
"Al-Rasheed Political Dictionary" which includes 4 parts: Political terms & Countries, Leaders and presidents, parties and organizations, scientists and intellectuals.
"Difficult equations in Algeria"
"Arabs in Afghanistan"
"The strangers in the land"
