Cleric Mohamad Ali  El Husseini meets, with “ Imam” Corse  , He stressed that Islam ensures and always calls for peaceful coexistence and tolerance.

In the midst of his European tour, Cleric Mr. Mohamad Ali El Husseini, Secretary-General of the Arab Islamic Council in Lebanon, met with “ Imam” Corse Sheikh Rachid Birbach

, and discussed with him the situation of the Islamic Nation in general and the situation of Muslim communities living in Western countries in particular; Cleric El Husseini stressed on the necessity for Muslims, both men and women, to be realistic ambassadors of Islam and embody Islamic goodness, eminence and generous principles that reflect the humanitarian and civilized values.

Cleric El Husseini also pointed to the special task of the Muslim scholars and the need to address all misguiding and deviant values and ideas, which gives bad and distorted impression on Islam; insisting on the need for continuous laborious work in order to refute suspicious and malicious propositions that are both anti-Islam and humanity. He stressed that Islam ensures and always calls for peaceful coexistence and tolerance.
